Long-term brand specialist and field support. Coach and main point of contact for experts placed on the brand. Intermediary between the brand, LBL experts and shop managers.
- Check that all new features are referenced and implemented
- Check that the merchandising corresponds to the brand guidelines and that the furniture is tidy and clean
- Make sure you have enough stock of products, tester samples and gifts
- Support field teams on an individual and collective level
- Motivate and lead teams
- Monitor everyone's performance
- Do mini training in store
- Ensure the follow-up of the performances of each one Do mini trainings in store
- Analyze the figures in order to establish qualitative and quantitative reporting
- Alert on the problems encountered and make proposals for solutions and suggestions for improvement
