Operational right-hand man of the Area Sales Manager, ensures field visits every week to ensure the proper development of the brand and to take the necessary corrective actions. True representative of the brand in the field and privileged interlocutor of all partners (Operators, agencies, etc.)
- Motivate field teams
- Ensure consistency of schedules
- Ensure brand sales techniques are applied
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in setting annual sales targets as well as in establishing the entertainment schedule.
- Ensure on a daily basis that the negotiated promotional plan is properly applied
- Follow the sell out monthly
- Analyze the sell or and the animations by making a quantitative and qualitative report by proposing solutions in order to solve the problems
- Ensure that merchandising meets brand standards and implement new products
- Manage quantities per shop and track stocks to optimize sell out
